Happy birthday to Mewtwo who turns 17 today!

This took around three hours or so. I never draw him with the cloak, so here we go! And of course the usual raping with the effects. "Traditional" shading, I'm not used to it, but cel shading didn't look good in this one so I tried my hand at it again. Better than my last few attempts.

Blaeh I'm tired... School, work, doujin, and a couple commission requests on DA have me strung thin while working towards another month studying abroad in Japan. But I'm pushing through, and thankfully should be settled down again by the end of the week in time for class to give me another weeks worth of homework on Monday.
