This story is pretty much a back story and how to get a better understanding of my character, Scythe. It's been a while since I actually worked on this...

Moral of the story so far; weird happenings have been going on around Earth with the answer of which found at the heart of said 'Drakkenboad'. The hometown of Scythe's had recently been in a brutal war and was eventually driven to the point of massacre. In the next chapter, Scythe will try to remember why, or what happened prior to leaving Drakkensboad in hopes that his war band had survived the raids.

He is told that the war band were in fact led back into the war zone after having been mentally deceived by what he thought was a good friend, Rhynn. Ankhesta informs Scythe that he MUST remember what happened in order to move on with their quest for survival, the flash back will be important. But highly traumatizing...

Once informed, he turns his back to Rhynn and his followed by his old acquaintance, Ayesha who gives him comfort and confidence for the following tasks...
