Finally finished this one.
Took me long enough.
I present you the Ligon, my new species for Aeon.
And this time I really made a ref for one of my species. Woohoo xD

As you can see there are some subspecies:

Common Ligon:
It's the most seen Ligon in the jungle.
Friendly to most other creatures (except preys and their natural predators, of course). Known to be very adaptable to its surroundings. Becomes protecive when having pups. When finding a mate for the first time it'll stays with that one forever.

Zyll Ligon:
A more rare subsepcies of the Ligon. The males are known for having more than one female mate and hunts in packs. Will chase other male Ligons away as soon as they come near the pack. Fights a lot with other males especially in the mating season. Such fights are often very brutal and bloody. Therefore most males have a lot of scars.

Gea Ligon:
Lives in the trees and rarely comes down to the ground. A very aggressive subspecies, will attack every creature that enters its territory, even bigger creatures. In the mating season the males bring presents to the females, mostly meat. Depending on how big the present is the female then chooses her future mate. When the pups are hatched, the female goes to hunt, while the male stays at the nest and protects the youngs. When the pups are grown up they'll get kicked out of the nest by their mother.. btw. The male gets kicked out as well.

Monarch Ligon:
Once it had a mate and its fur was white as snow. But its mate and their pup got killed by hunters. He hunted down the hunters and killed them. Because of the sadness and the hate, the scales of him turned black, and the blood of the hunters dyed his fur red. He lives in the ruins deep in the jungle, only a few natives know where the ruins are, but they wouldn't go there no matter what. It is a cursed place they say. Sometimes the Monarch leaves the ruins and the jungle to steal human children and eat them alive. That's the legend. And often Mothers tell their children, that they better behave, or the sad Monarch comes to steal them away. There are people that say they saw the Monarch Ligon in the jungle but mostly nobody believes them. Hey, it's just a legend, right?

Well, there are sightings of Ligons with other colors then the ones I show here. Actually they can have every color.

The Preys:
From left to the right.

Atoi:
A little meat eating bug creatures.
Feed from cadavers most of the time.

Berel:
A snake that has unique patterns on it's "wings" to
distract its prey or to intimidate foes.
It's able to glide from tree to tree.

Fleet:
Creature with weird and fast movements to
confuse foes. Can make you crazy, if you watch it for too long.
Eats plants. The thing on its back is its old skin from sheding.
