Badge commissioned by  kitsumi as a gift for Kurisu! He is a Japanese Kai dog, which is basically a small white husky. And he's in school to be an air traffic controller, thus the paper airplane barrage. ;)
The final badge is cut-out where the medium gray background is on the JPEG. It's hard to simulate the full effect of the papercutting, but I had fun with, so there.
