Here in the US, they're pretty common weeds in some regions. You can't get high off the wild ones, though. They're as benign as any other ordinary weed.

No, its not a common plant. Well, at least in Korea it seems. As you know, only growers who have special permission to produce fibers for 삼베 clothings can cultivate this in our country.

Reminds me of the bad old days in the USAF, when I found a whole mess of seedlings under the barracks stairwell. Not a good growing spot, so was more likely an accidental seed spill.

It almost looks like someone tried to kill it once before, but it resprouted. There's a break at the top of the first vine it looks like, but it wasn't enough to kill the full plant. Looks like it re-sprouted around the break from lower tiers, but without being in person to see.. It does look like that from here.

Its a Hemp plant! As long as it isn't a female cross polinated pant you are fine. You can eve use the seed hearts and add them to make a really healthy salad!

Nepeta? Oh, you mean those small plants with ovate leaves with dentate margins? they are Urtica urens, the bane of weeders here.

Ah, ouch, and bad guess to make the joke. Urtica makes a nice anti-inflammatory tea for bronchitis, though, which could be soothing after overdoing the other.
