Yes. Arnies uses the line a lot. At the end of the movie, in response to Arnie using the line one last time, Willis says the line I wrote. (Arnie responds with an exasperated, "Yippee-ka-yay.")
The whole scene was painfully forced. It would have been awesome if it felt natural, but... it didn't. In fact, the movie would have been a lot better if the references to their old movies felt natural and not forced. Oh well, that's why you shouldn't let Sly direct movies.
