I recently picked up a game I've been waiting ages to be released, Anarchy Reigns. Holy crap do I love this game and the characters so much, so I decided to draw some friends as characters from the game. This is the first one for my friend Brand.

Backstory:
Once a chemist and general techie for BPS (Bureau of Public Safety) he went rogue, stealing several high value pieces of equipment and most importantly the designs for the Tesla Blitz System. He has since set up shop in the Valenda Bay area creating counterfeit versions of the Tesla Blitz System to sell on the black market. He's altered the design of the system by removing the safety limiter which allows the system to reach higher voltages but runs a higher risk of overload and explosion.
