For the first project in my Digital Illustration class, we were given a word, and had to illustrate said word in three different styles. One chosen from the book, one that had a hand crafted look, and one that was our own style.
This was inspired by the Rockwellian style from our book. It's a bit distant from his works, but I figured he did a lot of paintings of American people doing American things, and one of which were the workers building skyscrapers.
Hence why I have a steel girder and a sad looking rivet gun.
