This is one of my staging concepts for a game me and a group are working on for class. It takes place in the southwest and is based on Native American lore (not my decision and none of us are Native American ourselves so this should be reeeeeealllly innnnteresssting... particularly if you're a self-aware privileged white person like I am) We centered our story around a Hopi myth so a lot of the designing might head in that direction. One member of the group is really pushing this and seems to like Zion Natl Park allot so the basis of our stage is around that concept and I used a lot of Bryce canyon as part of it.

Mini Rant: Gotta love it when you're put into a group for a class and one of the members ends up making all the executive decisions and nobody listens to the opinions of the rest of the group and ESPECIALLY not you because you're just that art guy. (Can you tell I'm kind of frustrated about this lol) I'm trying to push for stage variety and not be so married to one real life location, we're kind of cherry picking logic as we go anyways. I like this background though, lots of nice oranges.
