Depends, Latex is a kinda weird thing. It goes bad after a while. Keep them away from sun, that's most important.
As for Durability, those are Qualatex. Apparently they're pretty durable but I'm fat so I won't be trying. If you want proper balloons to ride on, look for the Rifco GL500, GL700 (Most practical size IMO) and GL1200.
