You spend the entire game searching for her while she's disguised as a gorgeous Princess, and at the end you have the choice to either release her and destroy the world (she's in love with you, so you two get married and have hot sexy babies together) or destroy her and save the world.
You can also choose to do neither and just leave and get the 'meh' ending which is equally hilarious.
