This '4-F' expression is not to be confused with the old Army term '4-F', referring to a soldier wannabe who is turned down for having 'flat feet', or for being too short, or... for being overweight!
You might say that the subject of my pic is a '4-F' who could easily qualify for being a '4-F', if she tried to join the WACs!
