pretty quick and easy! sautee one frenched onion, 5 cloves garlic sliced and one red, one green bell pepper with olive oil, and salt, till they're browning nicely, should take at least 10 minutes. set aside, two chicken breasts cut into long, thin strips, may have to split them, fry till cooked, return veggies to pan, and mix, season with tbsp cumin, tbsp oregano, tsp each of black and red pepper, and I used 2 tbsp taco seasoning, and 3oz water, to make a little bit of a sauce. I serve over white rice in flour tortillas.
possible toppings, are all the usual culprits, from cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa, what ever makes you happy. I felt like just the regular.
