It's been a little while since I've uploaded something, so I figured I'd upload something nice for my lovely  SpencerDragon isn't he majestic? <3
I drew him as what he declares a catfish, and tried drawing some water-y effects. Everyone stare in amazement, especially of that last-second background! Oooooh~
Spencer is not amused by your weak little snacks, and he demands more sacrifices! And maybe some pool toys. With all the other swimmers mysteriously vanished from the swimming pool, it's a little boring...
Spencer wants a floatie-ring. :3
