So I'm sorry I keep taking pictures of these... but I'm just like... REALLY proud of the way they came out!
Not only the loops, which are grommets to reinforce the hole in the pelt to prevent tears then a rivet hold the loop in place. The loop is re-purposed leather I picked up from a fabric warehouse, I used thick leather to help hold the tail in place and keep it from spinning around when they're worn.
I also took a fair amount of time brushing and removing burrs and mats in these. One kit, raccoon and the coyote were REALLY packed with sawdust and burs, the coyote is twice as fluffy now! Each tail has a tag that has the common and scientific name for the animal
This set is: lynx, finn raccoon, raccoon, kit fox, coyote and "Blue Frost" red fox morph.
These are all sold, I do have a few more for sale. I'll be going back to the flea market next month, I'll be making an announcement when it's closer to that time, so if anyone is looking for anything special let me know I can pick something up for you.

The ones I bought were probably ones that would've been trash :p
That's one thing I always try to let people know, that these pieces are items that are byproduct, or waste from a larger industry.
These animals were not hunted to fulfill a need for tails, the tails are trash of the fur industry.
I like to 'save' them in the ways of preservation. Keep them out of the landfill, yanno.

For sure, although we do sell pelts with tails they are often taken off anyways for anything other then taxidermy, not much you can really do with them other then the back of one of them raccoon hats lol
Bonus points if the animal was trapped for conservation purpose (the only stuff we deal in) vs. fur farms, we get a lot of bears in from the ministry of natural resources from them wandering into populated areas. thats a big issue here, the schools playgrounds are surrounded by woods
