From inside the icey cliffs scratch the claws of time, etching it's silent lessons into the earth for all to learn sooner or later. So instead Pretend you know them already, wander like you've learned them a hundred times over.
However, when it is indeed time for you to learn, welcome and be open to everything, for the greatest fool of all is the ignorant one who hears but does not listen.
Pretending is the wanderer who's face we never see, who's cloak billows in the frigid wind, Pretending is he that he knows where he is going; only for as long as he must.
So Pretend, that you're heart is always happy, Pretend that the sky is at your fingertips; because really it is, we just have a hard time seeing it, feel it first; Pretend it first; than you'll know how to really grasp it.
Enjoy~

Y'know, the more I listen to your chippy stuff, the more I'm inclined to think that you may be the person I'm looking for. You're mixing actual instruments (or at the very least, samples that sound like real instruments) with chippy music which gives your stuff a slightly retro vibe that fits action, adventure, and rpg pretty well.

My belief on ANYTHING really is that to deny yourself available tools because of some 'less is more' philosophy at the onset is ridiculous. Less is more, but never cut yourself off from using a tool just because of that idea. Never know when that tool you decided to never use will come in REAL handy. ;)

That's correct, but we say less because the tendency in design is to think that piling more on is better. I really like that he IS blending real instruments with synths, and it's something I've been seeing a lot of in the remix community since around 2k1, and have been seeing some off and on in pop music since 2k4.
Though... just like the synthesizer abuse of the '80s, there's a few of those guys that need to stop... >.>
