Not trying to bed rude, I'm just curious.. Didn't someone already make these, minus the tentacles? They were called Tailmouths, AGES ago

Mawtails are common on any species of thing, its a feature amongst other features... as far as I know, not sure if they were belonging to anyone

The Nimlyss "species" is more about the combination of those exact features, that makes them what they are, meaning they are genderless, have tentacles, a mawtail and are like that overly fluffy, "foo-dog" creature

Tailmouths were started by  capribebe from my search.

Good to know, I am not claiming the invention of the tailmouth/mawtail here, they're just a part of the nimlyss design, and now that I could confirm that, they are open species, and you can do whatever you want with a tailmouth, don't have to ask or anything (in capribebe's own words)

Nyahaha adorable, but heavy! A foot and a half tall and 25 pounds is quite on the heavy side. A gallon of milk is about ten pounds, for comparison. :3

Anyway, these things are fuckin' adorable little creatures. :D How fast does a newling grow from a tentacle? How flexible are their tails' esophaguses? Fff I gotta go look at the ref. xD Damn though, I wanna see how my mini-creature gets along with yours here! :D They're a similar size :3

The foot and a half is height not lenght, you have to account for that huge tail too :3

The pups grow from the tentacles in about a day... super fast growth... then reach adult size maybe after a few weeks

Wow, geez, that's some fast growing creature, how much nutrition does each hold? And does the pup grow out of the thing, a blob on the end?

Neat, prehensile-neck-like tail. What's the shape of the skull at the end, and does it have its own brain and other head senses, like a nose?
