her known past is of conquest and a fear about her, her followers were massive and at one point nearly threatened to take over the world, not before her last days while she was pregnant with bubbles that she was fighting against Dawn and her group, though Chloe had neutralized Dawn's group and done something to them, Dawn defeated her and temporarily sealed her evil inside

when Bubbles hatched Chloe remained by her side with some new memories to hide the fact that she is in fact evil, but a few including Dawn knows that she can go back to her evil ways soon, while she don't seem to exhibit her evil tendencies, there was a worry for Bubbles that she might exhibit her mother evil tendencies as well, fortunately Bubbles seems not to have any of Chloe's evil
