Just randomly an idea for a canid-fursona crossed my mind... I instantly had to draw him... Furthermore I added some details about the character, for instance that he is an earth-warrior and therefore I need to think off of "warriors" for the other elements. First he just was a guy with this pieces of armor and I thought: "Hey he could use some kind of headgear.", and added that plate with a rune clipped on it. He also have golden plates covering his ears, that was the first idea and I pretty much find it cool :D

Maybe you want to give me ideas for more characterization? =)

Well, just the outlines that I needed several hours for :3 and some really quickly done shading. Just a WIP yet, though. And a simple pose, but it's more about his details. At the top left corner you can see a table how the runes of the elements roughly should look like for the other characters.
