This is my Evios character that  nonus allowed me to make. O gosh I had so much fun designing him uughghg. It was kinda hard to concentrate on this though because I was kinda..uh..binging on madeline cookies ( oh so good) and iced coffee, so my hands where kinda shaking hahah.
About him: He's either drunk or getting over a hangover, but he's usually drunk. He likes to have his tail feathers raised because it makes him feel aristocratic, even though he's not. He lives up in the higher mountain areas, so it's colder, and less inhabitants are there. Which helps him keep a low profile since he does really sketch business and doesn't want to raise any suspicion.
Meeh, lazy coloring is lazy. I'd really like to make another one ( a girl) because everyone is always drawing guys and stuff. But I need to ask the creator to make another. I'll do it later, because I must go start on the hell that is homework.
