Ok so it's been about five months since I first announced that I got this little guy, and at the time I thought he might be a girl. (Slow to develop his male traits. <<) But here is my Cheeto! He is the most adorable thing in the world. He asks to be picked up so he can play on my covers and on his log tree thing, likes hiding on the insides of my hoodies while I wear them (it's warm), loves to get tangled into my hair and hold on very tightly when I try to remove him, and is a massive ham when it comes to his food. Serious, this gecko poses almost constantly and loves to have his picture taken.
I have so many photos of him it isn't even funny... These are just a FEW of the most recent ones. <3
I'm still not 100% sure on his color morph, but if he keeps his tones where they're at right now, which they've been the same for a few months already, he LOOKS like he might be a kind of emerine. As I am relatively new to reptiles, that might mot be the truth, but he looks a LOT like the majority of the google pictures for emerines. It's all I've got.
I love my little guy. <3
His home specs:
Currently living in a ten gallon tank. (Soon to be twenty)
Heated with an undertank heater and a Night blue bulb. (Rave party all night long bebeh)
Three hides: Large hot hide, moist hide and cool hide.
Fed a combo of crickets and mealworms with calcium free ranged as well as dusted on some of his food and a multivitamin once a week. He also gets a drop or two of virgin olive oil when I notice he's off his poop schedule. (Those mealies can get stuck places, I refuse to let him get blocked. <<)
Drinks only distilled water. (Its cheap and I don't like the chlorine in tap water.)
Has many climbing toys for his play area.
In short; I'm hopelessly in love and obsessed and if I had the money I would have more. ;3; LEEZARDS <3

Thank you. :3 I find him quite dapper myself. I've wondered if he was a Hi for a while, but he doesn't have enough bright orange in him compared to the other photos I've seen. The actual name of his color will remain a mystery. XD Though I do think he does look like some form of emerine morph.
He's my first reptile and I have to say, he is very very sweet. We had a couple nippy moments when he was much smaller and I tried to touch him when he was too hungry, but that's fine now. XD I can touch him while he eats and he knows my fingers are not giant mealworms. He also doesn't demand a ton of attention, he's fine getting a couple pets here and there through the day, and coming out every one to two days to play around in the folds of my comforter. (he likes to go on adventures in there.) He honestly is the best small pet I have owned thus far, and I am very interested in getting more leo's in the future, when I have a stable job and more space. :3
