This is very nicely done! And yeah, it's always one of those difficult things without seeing peacock feathers/trends being used primarily in women's fashion. I like to imagine in a world of avian-based individuals, bright colours would be considered manly. XD

Still, top notch design. Love the style!

YEP. yeah, I think women in garish clothing would be considered butch in that world! So far I've been working with species that are either monomorphic or the major difference is in size and bulk (birds of prey), but dang it's interesting to add more worldbuilding elements with the more extremely dimorphic species, dang.

You could easily just reverse the visible of avians in general, since female birds are basically guys. Plus their sex determination from chromosomes are reversed :o

I love that peachicks all look pretty much the same regardless of the gender and the peahen actually looks like what the chicks would grow up as, but no the males gotta be all " I WANNA BE DIFFEREEEENT DB<<<< -explosions of greens and blues- " while the females looks all boring color compared and probably looking at the male like " you dramatic piece of shit. " then the male is just a awkward butt when trying to fly/glide since that tail of theirs is too heavy. xD

STOP IMPOSING YOUR HUMAN IDEA OF GENDER ON A VERY DIFFERENT SPECIES BLEGH
