Bad watermark is very bad.... ._. It really, really takes away from your entire work. It's like those items on SL or unfinished pictures that are stamped "SAMPLE"

The site does say sign in with your Facebook you don't need to register a new account I don't think so if you have a Facebook I guess you could get in it's just all in Japanese which I guess you could use Google translator for.
