I got a new modeling job, and I start in the spring. I have a few months to lose as many inches off my waste as possible. How do I do? I don't know.
I have a few weeks to think before I start ordering everything I need (Deadline is the 1st of March) and I need to know what would make me lose as many pounds as I need. HALP. I've never once gone on a diet, and after starting one two weeks ago with my family, they are no support what so ever. Any advice would be gladly appreciated, and if all else fails, I'll post more drawings as soon as possible. JUST HALP.
Oh, and if you didn't know, my names Sierra, woohoo? Opinions? Comments?

                    Well, don't cut out everything you enjoy, if you get too hard on yourself in that way you'll wind up binge snacking or repeatedly "Oh I'll work extra hard, but just this one time I'll..." justification on meals that aren't good for you but you'd normally eat (or even worse, more food of that kind than you'd normally have had!)  I find if you still "treat" yourself once in a while (once every other week for example) you're more likely to keep to your better habits and still enjoy the things you like.
