ok its not that impressive but it took a totale of 2 weeks to get it that far, just went on a modeling spree, it was to get that erge out of my system a few months after moving house XD
Im my old house the railway was up in the loft and was in the middle of making it, i had 29ft of running distance is a "L" shaped way. then we moved house and i lefft it XD
and this popped up, it looks a tatted because next door 4 year old son likes to come in and play moster dinosaur railway on it with my lizards...
but im manageing, lately im just tinkering, the point motors dont want to work right XD close the point but wont open them.
So yeh, small, cheep, simple. Styrafoam and plaster making up the crap senery and just tossing things here and there till i get what is needed

Best way to do water I have found is to coat the surface in PVA glue, allow to dry over night, then paint whatever shade of blue you desire, you can use more than 1 shade but make sure there isnt TOO much contrast, then once THAT is dry coat in gloss varnish. Add reeds and ducks to your hearts content :)
