MISS. At least he's sorry. Sorta reminds me of a time when I was trying to talk myself out of a thing in Fallout (don't remember which one, pretty sure one of the 3D games though) and picked the wrong option which ended in everyone in the entire town in a shootout.
It probably indicates I've been tainted by too much Sonic in my life, but the first thing I thought of when seeing the red stuff was 'Chaos Control'.
He's also bizarre levels of cute immediately after oopsslaughter in panel 5. Though I may just be fond of the PoV or something.
