Crimeny, that was an insane jump in quality!
And though you got the lighting quite right as a whole, the lighting on his belly scales seem to have their own source of light and the blue sparks should have been drawn brighter so as to draw more attention to it.
But yeah, I applaud your efforts for such remarkable shading and coloring.
