Yea no worries on them being tired! They are very well taken care of there monitored by their owners the whole time cleaned down the sawdust cleaned immediately given fresh hay and water so all rather comfortable and they are moved when needed :) and yes I love the Brahman Cattle they are so large yet so gentle!

Neat! Used to show my lops :) what breed of rabbit you have? Had English Lop and Mini Lop Does I also had a Double Maned Buck but he had a Split Penis so no show there he was just a pet :)

I have a silver marten. Working on getting checkered giant. I have a friend who has a lop can't remember what one though XD

Awww yea that is the nice thing about living down here. They are at home in heat and are pretty much drought and disease resistant :) y'all got plenty of Holsteins there though right? It is too hot for them here.

Yeah lots of them. I have a friend with some mini zebus but she's selling them b/c in winter she has to pen them in with blankets on and feed them a bunch and she said they still loose some weight during winter. My mini moo has zebu way back in her pedigree I think though.

They use the naturally mini zebu to help down size the breed.

Yea they are cute too :) they had several at the fair as well as a few mini calves too cute. Lol. That is really neat that she has some in her pedigree. Yea they don't handle cold too too well. Which is fine here since the winters are usually 60-70s lol. What breed is your mini moo? Or is she just the best of everything? Hehe I always liked the Mini beltie, jersey and longhorns. :) that is a shame she has to sell them but at least she cares enough for their health to do so. Wish Clyde and I could take them. How many does she have?

She still has a bunch of others minis though she breeds. My one is a Western Haritage witch is a new breed that looks like the old Pinywood cows (sort of a Longhorn looking cow) and my othere is a mini Jersey. My mini Western was bred to a Longhorn though

I just seen a girl I know from the cow shows has some cows at your fair. I think one of her cows got Champion yesterday.

Ours (Virginia) has had some financial trouble lately and has been bought by a bunch of different people in the last year, so I'm not sure it's going to be anything worth writing home about when it comes around again. D8 But all I go there for is the animals anyway, so as long as they're there I'm happy. XD

That's what my boyfriend and I go for :) we love to see the animals and try to make our schedule for the fair out for them. We hope to go to several fairs throughout the state sometime to see the livestock and make connections for our farm in the future :)

I always hate when they change owners.. A lot of the time it isn't as good that's what happened to Busch Gardens now more expensive no more free beer and no more Budweiser Clydesdales..

Lol same here. I saw a Brown Swiss at the Strawberry Festival do the same thing. And lol she looks like she is but she got up after a few minutes lol. Hehe yes same here love the Brahmans they are my favourite!

They are truely majestic cows. I think my favorites are Herefords, they look so cuddable!

Agreed such huge cattle yet so gentle. I made a friend with a Bull this and last year we went lol. Hehe agreed they do look so cuddable and just lovely!
