That makes sense. XD I wish Kys' parent's dogs were trained enough to even take them out on a leash. Kys and I tried to take 2 of em, the 2 mutts Shadow and Lea on a walk while her mum was gone with Chase, the rottweiler puppy, and they were a complete and total embarrassment. Lea would not stop yiping and whining really loud and barking and pulling on the leash really hard, and freaking out. Shadow just wouldn't stop barking and pulling, and neither of them listened to any directions we gave them. :/ We literally scared a few kids. Shadow tried to chase a cat, too. We couldn't take them further than half a block before we had to turn around, because they were so damn bad.
They don't listen to anyone except Kys' parents. :/ No matter what we do, they never, ever listen to us. We can't even play with them out in the backyard. Lea will jump on us, and her nails aren't clipped. Shadow will bark and howl nonstop. Even Kys' parents can't get her to stop that. And Chase bites when he plays, and even as big as he is now, he tries to jump on you, too. They are some of the worst trained dogs I have ever seen, and even if we to try to take as much time as it would take out of our schedule to train the dogs, Kys' mother gets mad at us when we try and train them out of something. She treats those three big dogs as her "babies". Like they are lapdogs.
Yeah, it does.
I love dogs, and I always have, but she really takes the reason I love dogs out of the dogs she has. I used to walk the neighborhood dogs all the time back in Arizona, and even babysat a few. They were such good dogs. I don't mind the whole lapdog thing too much, as long as the dog isn't super drooly or dirty. I like cuddling with doggies. But everytime I even try to cuddle with one of the dogs here, one of the other two comes up and starts playing with the dog I'm cuddling with, or jumping on me, and they sometimes hurt me with how rough and hyper they tend to be. I hate it.
All dogs jump once or twice unless they are strictly trained, but when they jump on you constantly, and sometimes push off of you with long claws, it gets really, really annoying. especially when they just won't listen to you. x.x;
I want a dog when I move out with Kys. I used to want 2, but now I only want one. I don't like having more than one dog in the same house, I've realized. I prefer having one, so it can stay focused on me, and I can stay focused on it and not have to pay attention to many at the same time.
