Little sister to Hina-Li the Echidna. Hina-Li was supposed to be part of the Dark Legion until she ran away. Rita-Li was then chosen to be part of the Dark Legion and hated her sister for this pain. Whenever sees a picture of her sister, she thinks of all of the pain she gained from being legionized. She was trained by Grandmaster Lian-Da. Rita-Li now thinks of ways on how to destroy her older sister, for ruining her childhood.
