First art of 2008! Four elemental animals done as sticker and magnet designs for Further Confusion 2008, which I will be at in the dealer's room. I wanted to have some fun cool looking stickers I could sell at my dealer's table, and at future cons as well. So I picked a theme that's fun and pretty popular, and everyone can relate to and appreciate. I would like to do more themed sticker sets like this in the future, but I don't have the time before FC.
The originals paintings and the sticker/magnets will all be at FC, so if you're going stop by my table! I've been working all winter break on these, so hopefully someone out there will want some stickers. ^^
Done with fluid acrylics (like watercolour) and coloured pencil on bristol

GAWD! These are so pretty! <3333 I always love how much detail you put in your art! Especially the ones that have themes like these do! <3 The detail in the leaves, fire, clouds, and water is absolutely breathtaking!
AMAZING JOB! *huggles*
I need to push myself to purchase some stickers and magnets from you sometime <3 I LOVE YOUR WEBSITE BTW! I forgot to tell you, but it's lovely m'dear! <333
These are gorgeous sweetie! <3 Absolutely gorgeous!
Stunning work as always! <3

*hugs* Thank you so so much! I'm so happy you like them, I need my art to be proofed by my club leader now. XD I will have the stickers and magnets for sale online after the convention I think, when I have more time/supplies to make them all. Also, glad you like my website! It's small right now, but I like the layout. =3
These are absolutley incredible! Really. One of the best things I've seen posted in a while. Are you going to make a print with all four on one sheet? I'd love to get a set, cut them apart and matt them. Either way I must get them in some form at FC. Are you at a table or in the artist alley?
Oh wow, thank you so much! I don't know how I'm going to handle prints yet... I think I'm going to make them individually, as well as all four on one sheet. I will make mini-prints as well of all the individual ones. I will be in the dealer's room at FC *nod* How about you, do you have a table too?
sweet, I'm at 38. ^^ I'll see you there!
Actually, on an off note... do you think I'm in an advantagous spot for the dealer's room? I'm very near the entrance, but I'm also at an 'L' intersection which I'm worried will block off people from seeing/visiting me. I ask because I know you've been to cons before and might have an idea. =3

There are very, very few "bad" spaces in a dealer's room. Esepcially when it comes to furry cons. Fans tend to go through the dealer's room with great care and most make sure they see everything. Many also go through time and time again so if they missed you the first time, I'm pretty sure they'll find you later. I wouldn't worry about it:)
I think the otter is my favorite one. Not only because water is my favorite element, it's just so cute and well done and the composition is great. But meh, all of them are amazing, they're simple enough (I mean the clouds, fire, leaves and water) and yet so detailed...wonderful :3
Well there is the chinese element combo: Fire, Water, Earth, Wood, Metal (with the first three already covered).
And there is also a japanese variation: With the usual 4 Elements + Void
(You can find all those on wikipedia... just search for element ^^)
From popular games/films/comics etc. I've seen things like: Shadow, Holy, Unholy, Poison, Arcane, Aether, Nature, Gravity
If you need more after all these I could imagine other natural forces like: Magnetism
or unnatural materials like: Teflon (or plastic in general)
Although I would wonder what kind of animal could represent plastic ^^
Oh and if you count the pokémon types as elements there would be a few more too (Like Steel, Bug, Fly, and Normal :D)

I LOVE this. I'm definitely faving it. =D (Of course, I love pictures based on the four elements... ^^; )
Anyway! I really like the shape of each...elemental animal. XD; I love how they're all roughly circles, but you made the animals flow naturally. It's really, really cool how the fox's tail is part of the fire; that's one of my favorite things about this. And the falcon, the peregrine falcon! =D I absolutely love peregrines, and I've always liked the element wind best. (In fact, in one of my stories, there's a connection between a particular peregrine -- who happens to have purple eyes as well -- and that elements. ^^; )
Overall, this was designed really well, and the colors are amazing. =3 *faves*
