yeah, sadly none of them did that. Though Lt. Pug did in a flashback showing his puppyhood trauma with Persian Pete in the episode "Animal House Party" and there was the Dalmatian Vacation video where we do see a diapered Cadpig.
personally I would have loved to see Lucky diapered in the series or my namesake for that matter.
