I actually drew this. Sketched it up in real life, took a camera phone picture of it, then inked it up in MyPaint.
I am marking it as general since he is giving that lurid look. Either that or he is stoned out of his mind. Looks more stoned than anything, haha.
I was thinking of adding colour to it but I don't want to botch it. I don't think I would get those hands to look right even after a years worth of practice. Originally I tried making the hand gesture and looking at it from the outside like a doofus but gave that up and did a quick Google image search on how the hands should appear from the outside. He also looks kinda anorexic. And one shoulder is bigger than the other.
