And here we have something completely different!
These are some of the collaborations I did with my friend,
SophieCabra earlier this month while she was visiting! She drew them, and I painted them. They are done in acrylic on wood, and you can see the actual scans of the pictures in Sophie's gallery, right here.

The auctions end Sunday, and it's fairly unlikely we will have any others for sale online.
These paintings were a lot of fun to work on between larger projects, mostly because they presented different artistic challenges. I really love to paint in graphical styles, and rarely get the opportunity to do so. Not to say that I don't like painting realistically rendered fur, or loosing myself in the detail of a piece, but it's nice to have a brief change of pace now and then. It keeps the artistic muscles limbered up!
Anyhow! I am back to work on comics! Specifically, a short adult one about a coyote and a horse for Heat Vol. 10, which will be out later this year.
