So yeah, I think I told you guys that I'm in a culinary class for college and whatnot. Well, this week we had all this sweets baking stuff, and I had to work on a cake. I realize it's kinda...sub-par compared to all the other cakes out there, but...well, for starters:

I made some whipped cream to put onto the cake using a wave-y tube. Thing is, someone ended up using all of it without asking me, while I was busy with something else. For another, I planned on using some chocolate sauce I made yesterday, but some moron decided to put it in the freezer instead of the refrigerator, so it was frozen solid by the time I had to use it. No amount of boiling water could melt it fast enough (I only had 5 minutes left). So...yeah. I made do. I think I also made the cake a tad too pink. Oh well.
