Unless I make something quick in the next few days, this will probably be my last image for several weeks. Wish I finished on something nice, but alas, not the case. Bad drawing (proportions and composition) means bad work, doesn't matter if I spent forever and a day shading it. Don't draw when uninspired. Work turns out bad.
As I've probably hinted on last year in April, I'm redoing the Mewthree story all over again. And then I just keep redoing things and redoing things, so much so that I think every one of the replacement "Mewthrees" has had a design change 4-10 times, and I'm still not pleased. Don't even want to mention how butchered the story is turning out. Top left Aeon to bottom right Aeon: Lexicon (very surgically enhanced human looking with lots of silicon), Fatality (back junk came back), Acid Trip (no muzzle, color change), Boo (earlier called her 'Scream' and changed that out), Bass (pronounced "Base" and... err, I think he's mostly got away with the least changes). Earlier I went for more Anubis looks, and now it's gone way towards human since middle finger to the furries and Pokemon. I'm done writing for those, period. Likely will keep changing it, or at least draw a better representation since Fatality looks too butch (was trying to make her attack mode and demonstrate what the tails look like and then just got caught up with the Mewblade look and that is how I blew the proportions here), Acid Trip looks idiotic and... I'm never going to get Bass to look anything right. This is Character Design 101. Huck a bunch of things onto an image and repeat it until your hands are raw and eyes are bleeding. Reassigning abilities and personalities is going to be equally painful.
Drawing wise, the image had some sort of intention at the start that fell flat on its face. For once though, I got the colors on everyone which might be the only accomplishment outside of bizarre things I bet no one is going to notice that will add to my giant pile of notes and either things I like, hate, or haven't tried yet.
