I present to you the President of the Army, a 53rd Prestige recon class with an M16AB sniper rifle that is as uncompromising as he is. With a KDR of 1337, he is the best first person shooter (not only in his home country of Brazil but in all fifty of the other countries like Oregon too.)

His rifle is complete with 100% accurate real-world attachments such as the FAMAS nightvision scope with twelve times magnification (sight time completely unhindered by the fact that he has a laser sight and Sleight of Hand). His SVD magazine allows for almost instantaneous reloads without sacrificing the 200 rounds of ammo it carries. The Gold Plated/Tiger Stripe combo camo (both unlocked at rank 193) and his Red White and Blue digicam fitting in and hiding him in every conceivable theatre of combat, especially Russia where all of the bad people live.

He is most likely played by either Silvester Stallone or FPSDoug.
