When you have to fix a bunch of things on a commissioned item makes you kind of bitter. Your more likely to knock the person down in points just cause your pissed about it.

I'm so very sorry that this didn't turn out the best :c I'm so very sorry for your troubles with this and I wish I could just make them better. As I had offered you a full free re-make of this, and you turned it down. I don't know what else I can do but apologize again for it not being as great as I could do now. A lot of the older masks I have made are not up to my current par with what I realized is okay and not good enough. I wish I had all of that knowledge when I was starting out. and hope I have better knowledge now as I'm not so new anymore. The remake offer is still on the table at any point in time if you were so inclined. It severely pains me to see that someone is so horribly unhappy with the piece that they paid for. But you cannot say that I did not try.

Never said you didn't try :) he still looks great. I just have a few more adjustments to make him more comfortable. Just figured I show you pictures of him out and being enjoyed. I can't afford a remake as I'm sure you'd need some compensation for it and I'm having some money issues. All is good sweetness. :)

I appreciate feeling a need for compensating my time and materials very much <3 but I feel it's more important that this is better for you than the payment involved in making it better. I would need to reuse some parts sadly to remake the new mask , as like the horns weren't super easy to get ahold of. Which isn't always a plus but for comfort it would probably be worth it. Only thing I could ask for would be shipping funds. but that would be all.
But I'm very glad you're able to make use of him still.
