i don't. i think it's silly to allow some people to use a word but not allow others. The only reason i'd get mad was if it was used as a derrogatory term. That's just me. And black people aren't mad when white people use it because it means 'black person'. They don't like when they use it because of those fears that it will be used as a horrid word to put people down again. I know white people who refer to other white people as 'nigguh'
xD I am happy to say i rarely, if at all, hear that one. When i do hear it, it's someone making fun of it. Especially since it comes from the sound of a whip from back during slavery. It's like being made fun of for being at the top of the food chain.
And it just sounds silly no one I know uses it...not even the white people xD
