A long-overdue update for my old line-art tutorial from DA. I knew it was time to redo it when it started to be painful to look at, heh.
Just outlining some of my line-art techniques, featuring a dragon - what else?
Hope it helps.

So many artists don't understand what DPI is...
When you measure the canvas in pixels...dpi doesn't mean anything. if you have a canvas that is 8.5 by 11 inches lets say, and you set the DPI to 100, that's when it matters cause then the pixel dimensions will then be 850 by 1100 pixels. 250 dpi will then make that number change to 2125 X 2750.
