What I see is yes, the loincloth distorts there, but you can also see a space behind it in which you can see his right leg and most certainly not giant balls. Giant balls were not my intention and they never were, I assure you. I just wanted the cloth to look wavy and more dynamic than just a boring flat hanging-down look
