This was a personal piece between us two.

But also how you held me tight during that storm.
It’s not just that your style is attractive and neat,
But also that your kisses are totally sweet.
It’s not just about how very friendly you are,
But also how you can make even a deer say “rawr!”
It’s not just that you took me into your home,
But also how you made sure I was never alone.
It’s not just how amazing you are with your snakes,
But also that you’re a sweetheart, and always know what it takes.

That you were 100% worth my roll of the dice
To take that chance, to visit, to hug you, and see--
That you would become so special to me.
