If only! If this design fails to print, she could potentially re-submit it to shirt.woot later and ask them for glow in the dark ink. Maybe make some sort of other change, like a fancier curtain background or something. But in derbies, you can't use metallic or glow-in-the-dark inks unless it's part of the theme. :< :<
Aye, Woot's rather behind overall these days. Lotsa outdated submission rules and derby rules. And this 9 fog is rather frustrating when only two print from votes. I mean, at least drop it to 6, guys :P Plus the attendance has gotten so bad that 250-300 can result in a print. I helped as much as I could, but I need as many Woot-loving furries to vote as possible. It's quite the challenge! :O Pretty sure I'll have to hope for third or a glow in the dark remake.
Fable and I talked about it some, and the down side of the glow in the dark ink is that it cannot be made available on the All Designs catalog. Meaning once it falls off the reckoning, it's gone forever except in side-sales. So while GITD ink would be a good fit, there's a few downsides to using it as well.
You have to have an account with Woot that has made at least one purchase. http://shirt.woot.com/catalog?q=fox is a great place to start. There's a lot of cat shirts, video game references, etc. Once the account has made a purchase, you can vote in the derbies. :3 Then if the shirt gets either first or second in votes, it'll be printed on Friday or Saturday. If it's not in the top two, it still has an Editor's Choice chance on Sunday. Cross your fingers, and as always, votes are appreciated. ^__^
