This was one of those pics where I just had a weird idea and let the artist roll with it. The concept here is a hapless victim is transformed into a prehistoric pig (a huge pig with a hint of triceratops) via mad science. The creature is completely fictional; I understand prehistoric pigs were more like muscular wild pigs. There's a lot I love about this pic... I love how the victim already knows something shitty is about to happen. I love her size growth in the glass tube. I love the beast's sympathetic expression when she bursts free.

This was another pic by the uber-talented snareser (http://snareser.deviantart.com/). I cannot possibly gush about this guy enough. One of the biggest challenges to me with these things is coming up with a human character to start out with. I prefer to browse pictures and find a person who I think can "play" the part. Let me say snareser is absolutely brilliant at transposing people's likenesses! I need to work with him again. And soon!
