Its been a long while since I drew Shinden's primary bird, his highly modified Kyushu J7W "Super J7". At 50,000ft, he has a visual on the enemy, a lone reconisance aircraft at about 3,000ft above his current altitude. Not able to close within cannon range, a switch on the stick is flipped, a tone is heard in his headset, followed by a growl. "Fox two! Fox two!" is heard over the radio before the AIM-9B rockets off the rail, speeding towards the enemy. Upon coming within 25yds of the bomber, the missile's expanding rod warhead detonates, ripping through its wing like a hyper sonic buzz-saw. That recon aircraft definitely wont be spying on friendly installations any more. Mission accomplished. RTB
Just a random side doodle I've been workin on for some time now. Mostly an excuse to practice metal effects hehe

eh sorta. I did draw some inspiration from that aircraft (namely the canards shape), but most came from the original J7W
