This design popped in my head last night before going to bed and I was like, "I GOTTA remember to draw this" so thus, voila, here's Tu-Li or Tu-tu or Toots (but she hates that).

I wanted to give Fera a friend. Haven't decided the full story behind her yet.
She kinda makes me think like... an offspring of an angel/demon coupling.
It seems overplayed but I dun care. She's really soft spoken and generally plays female to Fera's tom-boyish manner.
