A gift for my soul-sister (Who is much better than my blood sister by a freaking MILE) Zeki, because if there's any way I'd visit her for Christmas, this would be it. X"]
I honestly think this is the first time I've ever drawn, nonetheless SEEN Zeki with a truly terrified face, and it's beautiful. XD
Also...that crate I'm bringing along holds sommin special. :'D
Her character Raki's boyfriend! XD Cuz I'm that insane.
You can imagine that her front yard is annihilated at this point. X"]

I dunno about howitzers for this, but I DO think in terms of a well-laid-out MIRV (Multiple Independent Reentry Vehicle) system, also known as your general-purpose everyday strategic nuclear weapon.
I shudder, though, to think of the impending shock wave. Can we say "set ground to liquify"? Yes, I believe we can. There's gonna be one HELL of a ground splash there, since re-entry hits Mach 27 or so, and even counting air resistance you'll hit at something exceeding 3 - 4 times the speed of sound... Makes ground splash like it was water, yes it does. Houses go all ripply before collapsing... Messy messy landing. Hopefully you and your valuable cargo won't go *ker-splat! Chunky salsa!* on impact. ^_^
Well, assuming a safe landing, you'll be climbing up out of a nice drilled and fused tunnel.
The whole thing'll make a REALLY nice-sounding "KRAKA-FOOOOM-THOOM!!!" on impact, though! Bass! How low can you go?!
Bass so deep the Devil himself complained...
