I have seen an explosion of journals on my watching account that straight artists are being discriminated against by the gay community here on F.A. for doing straight art.
I understand that your preference is your own, I'm not saying your personal choices are right or wrong. But if you want people to accept you, don't force you beliefs onto others as all it ever seems to cause is grief. And even some of the comments on art posts are uncalled for, I saw a very tasteful nude woman drawn in pencil on here. Granted it was a human, some of the comments made the artist pull her drawing and close the account. This is from someone who was as closed minded to the gay community as you can get, I had a good friend come out to me, it was the most uncomfortable situation I had ever been in and it almost cost a friend I had since I was little. But I took him at face value and he was still the same guy I grew up with. So I had to be more open minded. Thats one of the many reasons I fell into this fandom, the concept of open minded people getting together and having fun.
