Day 6.
This is my favourite of the set. I love how Leilani looks in that sci fi outfit and it's good that I could use it on another character other than Fran. I might colour this one when I get the chance (and hopefully finish the Fran one too).
The sketch next to it is actually a callback to something I drew in the 7 day of Fran sketches that I didn't post. Basically, as she says, there were nanomachines that ate her clothes. It was actually pretty funny. Lei seems to think so anyway :)
Oh yeah, I'd been considering making a series of short comics based on this theme. By the looks of things, they'd all be full of fanservice, kinda like Jolly Jack's Nurse Sally comics (though maybe not as heavy).
The bikini one is okay, though I messed up her hair.
The sweater one looks like a photoshoot or something, which is cool.

Nanomachines. Also called Nanites - they're tiny robots that have all sorts of uses such as medical and repair. In this case, they were designed to break down certain materials.

Those nanomachines, they seem to get in the way of everything don't they.

The guns were made up as I went along really, so they didn't turn out too bad. The sweater and sci fi suit are my favs here. I seem to like that pose for the sweater :)

Just for a giggle, the red dwarf ep is when lister and rimmer tried to peel potatoes using nano's. the spuds got peeled, and unfortunately so did lister and rimmer, hair and all. also, they passed it on to the captain (it was when Red Dwarf was rebuilt and they were in the jail thingy) indeed
