Ok, i did this in my new photoshop CS5. I got bored though and didn't do as well on it as I could the proportions for Alexander are wrong and his face seems flat. I am proud of the hands though I spent most of my time on them. I am also proud of the sky and clouds in the background. I did a lot with layers and layer effects on this but I didn't add enough detail.
Anyway, not really a story behind it or anything those wraparound silver goggles are aligned with the gun's smart bullet targeting system so no need for sights. you look at the target and the bullet goes there. It They even go around corners, like little pilot-able attack ships that kamakazy people they are remotely linked to the x-7E-lvn and draw their power from the contained nuclear micro-pile. A versatile weapon, yet with a few drawbacks. The polonium in the micropile lights an energy scan up like a flash-bang lights your face up, and if it is damaged you get a little nuclear explosion. and the smart bullet guidance program has a 45% percent chance of a 'return to sender' failure.
so it is nice when it works, which is only about 40% of the time if your lucky.
